SA Project executed the complete fit-out and MEP services for WeLab Bank's new 32,000 sq.ft. headquarters, spanning two floors in the prestigious K11 Atelier in Quarry Bay. The project's design vision was to create a workspace that breaks from financial sector tradition, embodying the virtual bank's vibrant, youthful, and tech-forward brand identity.
Our team was entrusted to bring this dynamic vision to life. We expertly constructed a high-energy environment defined by bold colors and vivid accents, ensuring the build quality matched the premium location. The fit-out included a strategic mix of enclosed offices and conference rooms, balanced with expansive social areas and common spaces designed to foster community and collaboration. Our deep MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) proficiency was critical in seamlessly integrating the complex infrastructure, including the server room and pantry, required for a next-generation bank.
