SA Project was entrusted with the complete interior fit-out for Standard Chartered's new 10,500 sq.ft. Wealth Management Centre, located at the prestigious One IFC. Our scope involved the precise execution of an architecturally complex design, requiring the meticulous installation of a premium materials palette and the seamless integration of bespoke joinery and sophisticated structural elements.

The project is defined by its central, curved glass meeting pod, the construction of which demanded exceptional precision and technical coordination. Our team successfully delivered this and other key features, including a sophisticated hospitality bar with intricate custom joinery and elegant client-facing reception areas. The fit-out also encompassed the flawless installation of herringbone timber flooring, requiring a high degree of skill to ensure its seamless transition with bespoke, curved carpet inlays.
