A 10-Floor Fit-Out & MEP Project for a Dynamic Creative Hub
SA Project delivered a large-scale 100,000 sq.ft. interior fit-out and MEP project for The Wave, transforming 10 floors in Kwun Tong into a hub for creativity. The objective was to engineer a playful, casual, and comfortable environment that fosters collaboration.
The design features numerous breakout areas to encourage informal interaction. A key part of the scope was integrating multi-function presentation rooms, where the MEP works were critical in providing the robust power and data infrastructure for state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.
Our integrated approach to the fit-out and MEP systems ensured a cohesive and technically sound environment across all ten floors. The result is a forward-thinking workspace that promotes employee well-being and reflects The Wave's modern approach to work culture.
