SA Project was entrusted with the complex fit-out and MEP works for The Bloom, a 4,000 sq.ft. restaurant located in a prime setting at Manulife Place, Kwun Tong.
The existing design capitalized on high ceilings and stunning 180-degree city views. Our mission was to execute this vision with absolute precision. We installed all finishes, including warm, natural materials and flexible furnishings, ensuring the construction quality matched the sophistication of the design.
Our MEP expertise was critical, involving the seamless integration of advanced lighting, climate, and kitchen systems to enhance both functionality and ambiance. We delivered a flawlessly realized venue that stands as a premier F&B destination, demonstrating our capability to execute complex, design-led projects to the highest possible standard.
