SA Project was the specialist contractor for the Interior Fit-Out and MEP services for Blue Bottle Coffee's high-profile 1,200 sq.ft. store in Hong Kong's prestigious IFC Mall.
Our primary role was to bring the client's signature design concept to life, executing the meticulous implementation of their globally recognized minimalist aesthetic. The project demanded expert coordination with the client's US-based team, a challenge we met with seamless communication and rigorous project management across different time zones.
Our specialized MEP expertise was critical in integrating the state-of-the-art coffee brewing equipment, custom lighting, and complex ventilation systems required for a premium F&B environment. The fit-out was engineered to optimize customer flow and operational efficiency within the high-traffic retail space.
