SA Project delivered the masterful construction and fit-out for Club Bâtard, an 18,000 sq ft. F&B destination spanning three floors of the historic Pedder Building. The project's heart is a monumental spiral staircase encased in an illuminated, multi-story wine library, the execution of which required absolute precision in custom millwork and structural integration.
Our scope included all fit-out works, specialized F&B MEP systems, and a range of high-end finishes that define each floor's unique atmosphere.
