SA Project executed a 7-week fast-track delivery of Riot Games' first international game development studio in Hong Kong. Tasked with an extremely compressed timeline, our team delivered a 5,000 sq.ft. workspace that combined complex technical requirements with a unique gaming-centric design.
Our comprehensive fit-out and MEP solutions included the construction of custom neon installations and specialized gaming zones. Crucially, we went beyond the initial scope to identify and resolve pre-existing technical issues, providing a superior and more reliable infrastructure for their development activities.
