Delivering a Premier Corporate Fit-Out for Prudential
SA Project executed the 8,500 sq.ft. interior fit-out and MEP restack for Prudential at the prestigious One IFC. Our role was to transform the existing space into a highly functional corporate office while managing the project's technical complexities.
The project involved significant MEP coordination, including the planned diversion of electrical and chilled water systems to align with the new design. We constructed a full range of spaces, from private offices and conference rooms to a secure server room. Our team delivered a high-quality finish in a demanding, live environment, providing Prudential with a reliable and efficient workspace that showcases our expertise in complex corporate fit-outs.
