SA Project delivered the complete fit-out and MEP for Otter Products' 8,000 sq.ft. Hong Kong office, a project defined by its dynamic and playful brand expression. Our team's primary challenge was the expert construction of highly customized features, including a complex, multi-tiered amphitheater and unique product installations.
We skillfully executed a design that blended a bold geometric language with a diverse material palette of concrete, timber, and glass. Our integrated MEP solution was engineered to support the open, collaborative environment while remaining invisible. This project showcases our ability to translate a creative and unconventional brand vision into a functional, high-quality workspace with precision and expert craftsmanship.
