SA Project delivered a comprehensive interior fit-out for the new 7,500 sq.ft. Hong Kong office of Mishcon de Reya, a leading international law firm. Located in the prestigious Three Pacific Place, the project required the creation of a sophisticated and contemporary environment that reflects the firm's esteemed reputation.

Our team was responsible for translating the design vision into a flawlessly executed physical space. The scope of our work included the installation of full-height glass partitions to promote transparency and maximise the flow of natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere. We meticulously crafted and installed custom joinery, including the sleek cabinetry and central island in the pantry area, which serves as a social hub for the office.

The fit-out features a variety of functional zones, from state-of-the-art boardrooms and private meeting rooms fitted with high-performance acoustic panels, to informal client lounges and collaborative breakout areas. The execution of refined details, such as the intricate ceiling coves with integrated lighting, premium herringbone flooring, and seamless wall finishes, demonstrates our commitment to precision and quality.

Completed in 2025, the result is a world-class workspace that provides a professional, modern, and highly functional home for Mishcon de Reya's Hong Kong operations, balancing client-facing elegance with a dynamic environment for its legal team.
