SA Project executed the complete fit-out and MEP services for the new 4,000 sq.ft. Hong Kong office of Meltwater, the world's leading online media monitoring company. Located in YF Tower, Wan Chai, the project required the expert construction of a vibrant workspace designed to reflect the company's dynamic and collaborative culture.
Our team was entrusted with bringing the bold design vision to life. The fit-out involved the precise execution of a dynamic interior scheme, translating the brand's creative identity into the physical space. We expertly constructed a variety of functional zones—from private meeting pods to open collaborative areas and a feature pantry—unified by a cohesive and energetic aesthetic.
A key technical aspect of the project was the integration of comprehensive MEP systems within an exposed ceiling grid. Our proficiency was essential to achieving the desired industrial aesthetic while ensuring all services were perfectly concealed and fully functional.
