Manulife Tower

SA Project successfully delivered one of Hong Kong's largest recent corporate fit-outs: a 340,000 sq.ft., multi-location project for Manulife. The immense scope spanned 18 floors across two separate buildings—Manulife Tower and the Manulife Financial Centre.

Our role was to execute the vision for a next-generation workplace focused on employee well-being, interaction, and future growth. We brought this vision to life by fitting out fourteen floors in one tower and four in the other, creating a cohesive, high-performance environment.

The success of this large-scale undertaking, accomplished under a tight schedule, was highlighted by Manulife's Director of Asia Corporate Real Estate:
