As the main contractor, SA Project delivered the complete construction and MEP services for Lacoste's new 10,500 sq.ft. Hong Kong office in Wan Chai. The project's success hinged on our ability to execute a design that artfully translated the brand's iconic tennis heritage into a sophisticated and contemporary workplace.

Our execution brought this unique concept to life, requiring a high degree of craftsmanship. This involved the precise installation of architectural details inspired by tennis aesthetics, such as distinctive diagonal lines and the extensive use of light wood elements that echo classic rackets. Our team's expertise in custom millwork and specialized lighting was critical in creating a seamless visual narrative, from the statement reception area to the collaborative zones.

We constructed a full range of functional spaces, including an open-plan workspace, modern meeting facilities, and a feature pantry designed for team gatherings. The technical integration of MEP services within an exposed ceiling was managed flawlessly to maintain a clean, modern atmosphere.
