Jello & Mellow represents a landmark turnkey project for SA Project, where we brought a client's ambitious vision for a family destination to life. Our comprehensive scope guided the project from its inception to a fully operational 5,700 sq.ft. venue in Quarry Bay.
Our end-to-end responsibility included initial site selection, conceptual design, pre-site planning, project management consultancy, and the final construction and fit-out. The complex program required integrating a child-friendly playhouse, a full-service restaurant (Mellow Dining), a cake workshop studio, and two separate commercial kitchens.
We delivered a vibrant and highly functional space that meets the diverse needs of a multi-faceted F&B and entertainment business. This project showcases our expanded capability to act as a single point of contact, delivering complex, concept-driven venues with complete client satisfaction.
