SA Project delivered a comprehensive 30,000 sq.ft. office restack and fit-out for the corporate headquarters of a major international coffee brand in Kwun Tong. The project focused on reconfiguring and revitalizing their existing workspace to better support their operational and cultural needs.

A standout feature of the project was the construction of two unique, enclosed laboratory settings. This required the installation of state-of-the-art equipment and specialised ventilation systems to facilitate the company's research and development efforts. The redesigned reception now includes a welcoming coffee bar and flexible seating, creating a hospitality-focused entry point that showcases the brand's identity.
