Hong Kong Housing Society Kings Road

SA Project executed the large-scale, 27,000 sq.ft. office fit-out and relocation for the Hong Kong Housing Society, the city's second-largest housing provider. The project, spanning three full floors at 1063 King's Road, was designed to introduce a completely new, modern workplace concept for their team.

Our primary goal was to move beyond a traditional office and create a space that feels like home, fostering a greater sense of community and encouraging staff interaction. The design incorporates a diversity of elements and comfortable breakout areas to support a more collaborative and dynamic work culture.

A key part of the brief was the integration of high technology throughout the workspace. We delivered a smart office environment with advanced systems designed to enhance users' day-to-day operations and overall efficiency.
