SA Project was entrusted with the comprehensive interior fit-out and MEP installation for the large-scale renovation of the American School Hong Kong, spanning over 100,000 sq.ft. in Tai Po. Our team executed the complex works that transformed the building into a modern and engaging learning environment.
Our scope included the complete interior fit-out of specialized, high-performance facilities. We delivered a state-of-the-art gym, an inspiring library, and a music room featuring advanced acoustic treatments. We also fitted out the reimagined offices, a comfortable student lounge, and dynamic classrooms with flexible layouts and integrated technology.
A core component of our role was the installation of efficient and reliable MEP systems throughout the entire building, ensuring optimal comfort, functionality, and safety for the entire campus.
