SA Project delivered the new 15,000 sq.ft. MSc Learning Hub for HKUST at The Millennity, Kwun Tong. This project showcased our ability to create dynamic, state-of-the-art educational environments that foster collaboration and reflect a prestigious academic brand. Our scope included a full-scale fit-out, complex AV/IT integration for modern learning, and the execution of bespoke architectural woodwork.
A key highlight is the reception's custom-designed wooden backdrop, where intricate, large-scale woodwork by our artisans creates a powerful first impression. The hub features an open-plan learning area with diverse seating options and technologically advanced meeting rooms, all designed to support a flexible and interactive educational model.
Completed in 2024, the result is a cutting-edge facility that merges exceptional craftsmanship with advanced functionality, providing a premier learning environment for the next generation of business leaders.
