SA Project delivered the comprehensive design and build for the new 16,000 sq.ft. Hong Kong office of Grant Thornton, a leading global accounting and consulting firm, located in the prestigious Lee Gardens Two, Causeway Bay.
The project was driven by the need to create a modern, agile workspace designed to attract and retain top talent while supporting the firm's diverse business functions. Our design solution centered on employee well-being and flexibility, introducing a dynamic mix of collaborative spaces—including expanded pantries and informal breakout areas—alongside private, enclosed meeting rooms for focused work and confidential discussions.
The aesthetic is contemporary and minimalist, utilizing a soothing earth-tone palette to create a welcoming and high-performance environment that appeals to the entire workforce. As the turnkey partner, our integrated approach included full MEP services, ensuring the seamless execution of all technical requirements.
