SA Project executed the large-scale fit-out and MEP project for Generali Insurance's 34,000 sq.ft. corporate office at Cityplaza One. The primary objective was to create a cohesive, high-performance workspace that physically manifests the powerful brand identity of the global insurance leader.

A core directive of the fit-out was the seamless integration of Generali's distinct brand identity. This was achieved through the strategic use of brand colors and a design language that conveys professionalism and stability, beginning with a sophisticated and impactful reception area that sets the tone for the entire office.

This included distinguished executive offices and boardrooms designed for privacy and high-level decision-making, as well as an expansive general work area engineered for productivity and collaboration. A thoughtfully designed rest area was also incorporated to promote employee well-being.
