SA Project delivered a comprehensive design and build solution for a discerning Family Office in Central's prestigious St. George Building, executing a complex, phased renovation of over 38,000 sq.ft. while the office remained fully operational.
The project's centerpiece was the design and construction of two internal staircases, a significant structural integration that created seamless vertical connectivity across six floors. This required meticulous engineering and planning to unify distinct levels into a single, cohesive workspace, all achieved with minimal disruption to the client's daily business.
