SA Project delivered a comprehensive 18,500 sq.ft. interior fit-out and MEP project for law firm Eversheds Sutherland, creating a modern, future-proofed workspace at One Taikoo Place designed to support them for the next decade.
A standout feature is the advanced operable wall system in the conference rooms, allowing for seamless reconfiguration. The scope also included the full integration of critical MEP systems for a dedicated server room, ensuring robust IT infrastructure management. Enclosed offices with sea views, a sophisticated reception, and an open pantry were designed to foster both focused work and community.
Through close collaboration with the client, we delivered a tailored solution where the interior craftsmanship and underlying MEP infrastructure work in harmony, creating a comfortable and highly productive environment for their team.
