Strategic Phasing for Zero Disruption: The DBS Bank HQ Transformation
SA Project executed a complex, 12,000 sq.ft. renovation of DBS Bank's live Hong Kong headquarters at The Centre. The project's defining challenge was its execution in three meticulously planned phases to ensure zero disruption to daily banking operations, demonstrating our expertise in managing projects within mission-critical environments.
Our primary responsibility was to maintain absolute business continuity while delivering a complete transformation. The scope demanded a high degree of craftsmanship, featuring premium finishes that reflect the bank's prestigious identity, including a standout book-matched marble reception desk and wall cladding, custom linear lighting, and sophisticated wall treatments.
Crucially, the renovation also included significant technical infrastructure upgrades. The integration of new hub rooms and MEP systems was seamlessly coordinated within the phasing plan, ensuring the bank's core operations remained fully functional throughout the project.
