A Branded, High-Tech Environment for Computime
SA Project delivered the full design and build for Computime's new 14,000 sw.ft. headquarters, strategically located within the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP). The core objective was to create a modern, high-tech workspace that enhances Computime's brand image while supporting a dynamic hybrid work model. The design immediately establishes a tech-forward identity with a sleek reception of glass and metal fins, while a signature blue stripe creates a cohesive visual journey connecting the main office to breakout spaces.
Engineered for ultimate flexibility, the facility features combinable meeting rooms, a versatile product showcase area, and a multi-purpose hub that functions as a hot-desking zone, touchdown space, and event area. Our integrated MEP expertise was crucial for this technology-rich environment. Despite a demanding fast-track schedule, our team successfully delivered the high-quality project on time, demonstrating our capability in managing complex builds with minimal disruption to client operations.
