SA Project delivered a complex 2,500 sq.ft. interior fit-out and MEP project for Blue Bottle Coffee, transforming a three-story building into their flagship Hong Kong store in Wan Chai.
The project involved the precise execution of a sophisticated design that marries Blue Bottle's minimalist ethos with industrial elegance. Our work included installing the dramatic brass-toned counter system and managing the finish of the exposed ceiling infrastructure. A key component of the fit-out was the full exterior renovation, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing that creates a striking nighttime presence.
Our comprehensive scope included the installation of all MEP systems essential for a high-performance coffee retail space.
