In 2022, SA Project executed an ambitious 40,000 sq.ft. office relocation and fit-out for global insurance leader Aon, completing the entire two-floor project at One Island East in a stringent seven-week timeframe.

Our role was to flawlessly execute the high-end design, which capitalized on the 3.9-meter ceilings and integrated breathtaking views. The scope involved the meticulous installation of specialized materials across meeting rooms, touchdown areas, and general workspaces, all while managing the complex logistics of relocating 450 staff.

The success of this high-stakes, fast-track project was affirmed by Aon's leadership:
