Project description:
Renovation works done in year 2019 for Schroders which is a global investment manager company at Two Pacific Place in Admiralty.
The renovation works were taken place while the office was still in operation, Total 1 floor and 2 units were split into three phases including reception, lift lobby, Telepresence room, boardroom, meeting rooms, enclosed offices, pantries, server room, utility rooms, wellness rooms, lift lobby and open office areas.
The main challenge was to build a new server room adjacent to existing server room without any major services downtime but required power and CWP changeover at schedule.
