The Hong Kong Sea School (HKSS) is a boarding school for underprivileged boys in Stanley.The project is funded by HK Jockey Club Charities trust with an aim to modernize the student dormitory facilities. Renovation works included full demolition, new fit for activities rooms, lounges, classrooms, shower rooms, toilet, bedrooms with new MEP supporting services throughout 3 floors within 70 days construction period. As usual, very challenging and exceeds client’s expectation.
